Unbelievable story out of Florida, about BOA seizing the wrong house in a foreclosure. These poor homeowners weren’t even Bank of America customers, as they had paid cash for their home.

Great stuff. I can’t stand it when we see real estate again with only 1 generic picture in MLS and they wonder why their property isn’t being showed
It is a sad reality that unlawful foreclosures are happening everywhere. It had happened before,and it could happen again to anyone(whether Bank of America is their mortgage lender or not.) How often does they apologize for their unjust actions? Yet, for the nth time they’re still doing it; foreclosing people’s home without verifying things. Only time would erase the embarassment, hurt, & stigma they left to people.
Crazy – just crazy. I can’t believe that is even possible. I hope someone apologized to those poor people.
