A quick four-hour drive east of Seattle, a very unique property for sale on 57 acres. $3.9M with $300K down, balance at 7% interest only with a balloon in 3 years.
Must submit offer with $10,000 earnest money deposit into escrow subject to inspection. There are no tours so, luckily, there are photos.
They’ve been trying to unload this place since at least October 2007.
I get the feeling they’re not really serious though, considering that they have increased the price 260% since that time. Good luck with that.

Real Estate prices are on the rise all over Washington again. In Olympia they are starting to grow gradually more and more and the market is starting to look up. It will be interesting to see how prices will be effected by the up and coming economy
