Advanced Access has been a terrible solution provider. There was an alterior motif when this company was recommended as a preferred solution provider. Had CB stuck with the original plan of allowing their former broker's webshop to create micro agent sites, all Bain agents would have the same advanced interactive mapping (but to a local neighborhood) found on the broker site. This also would have allowed every agent to have a personal website (based on nice designed templates) showing full NWMLS inventory and an easy to use but sophisticated backend CRM system that tied into web activity. The system rivaled anything out there. We designed it, the higher ups just didn't want to invest in it.

Finally, Advanced Access seems to be up and running again, after 2 weeks of outages and non-performance.

It should be pretty easy to figure out what went wrong, as it states you can just review the event log on the server.

I hope you can get this fixed! I still can't access my sub-domain backend and haven't been able to for two weeks now.

Hi Marlow,

I will make sure IT is aware that an error was reached at some point yesterday. I do see that http://www.seattledreamhomes.com/ is up and running.
