Sure it's friendly enough.

I just find it odd and funny that a PR person would contact me about promoting my competition. Roost isn't an innovative new search site. It's a frame for existing established brokerages. It's just a vehicle for something that already exists. If individual brokerages would optimize their own existing websites for www.InsertYourCityHereRealEstate.com they wouldn't have to pay a franchise fee to this firm, HouseHunt or Yahoo or whoever else has just come up with the new latest and greatest site that co-ops agents listings to provide content for their site.

I've been watching Roost for a while, especially since they decided to enter the Seattle market with Prudential as the broker.

Anyway, I tried the search Elizabeth suggested, and it seems like just another keyword search. For a second I thought Roost may have a tab, or even a button to distinguish green homes! Alas disappointment loomed.

Sounds friendly for a competitor. . . so she's hustling, who can blame her?
