Thanks for the shout out, Marlow. I just made this animated GIF for fun after an experience something like this awhile back.
Someone suggested I speed up some of the dialog. But I intentionally made some of the responses slower to emulate how shocked agents are at some of the things Buyers say when they are representing themselves.

No, I like the response speed. Because, truly, sometimes you just can’t believe your ears and it takes a moment to register.
Representing yourself in a real estate transaction is pointless, it just doubles the listing agents cut and doesn’t help yourself.
