Hey this is Ian Watt!
Sorry I haven’t posted a new video in a while, but you see I crashed my car while making the last video and in addition to landing in the hospital, I am being sued into oblivion by the family of the people I hit. So this is my last message that I will be making for quite some time. Wish me luck at my negligent manslaughter hearing eh?

One fin
two fin
Red fin
Blue fin.
Black house
Blue house
Old house
New house
This one has
a little wet bar.
This one has a little car.
Say! What a lot
of houses there are.
Yes. Now Some agents are red. And some are blue.
Some are old. And some are new.
Some are sad.
And some are glad.
And some are very, very bad.
Why are they
sad and glad and bad?
I do not know.
Go ask your dad
Some are thin.
And some are fat.
The fat one has
a yellow hat ^D^D^D blazer.
From there to here,
from here to there,
funny websites
are everywhere.
Here are ideas
that like to run.
They run for fun
in the hot, hot sun.
Oh me! Oh my!
Oh me! Oh my!
What a lot
of funny ads go by.
Some have two pictures
and some have four.
Some have six pictures
and some have more.
Where do buyers come from? I can’t say.
But I bet they have come
a long, long way.
We see them come.
We see them go.
Some close fast.
And some close slow.
Some bid high.
And some bid low.
Not one of them
is like another.
Don’t ask us why.
Go ask your mother.

I like Ian, but don’t know why he’d even care since he’ll never compete with the likes of Redfin. He deals with high-end properties in BC.

A little rant feels good every now and then, I am sure.
But rant or no, there are some big changes in the marketplace. It is not just prices or interest rates, but also laws, regulations, and legal rulings that affect all of us: agents, buyers, and sellers.
Staying on top of these changes, while working for the benefit of the consumer, requires the utmost dedication. Less-than-full-service brokers would be wise to reconsider their business models.

You’ve got to put this in context. This is just one of Ian Watt’s videos. He talks about all sorts of things here: http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos
