I don't think they can say "no agent required" - where do the listings on their sites come from? If it weren't for agents, they wouldn't have a site! There's been a good bit of controversey about this for some time now!

Trulia is trying their hardest to walk that fine line of using agents listings, information, and expertise to make their site popular while at the same time trying to attract the FSBO and other unrepresented audience by distancing themselves from agents. The key to their future success will be to remember to dance with the one that brought them.

The real estate industry is changing so fast, that many real estate search engines are the new mediums for home search and eating market share of realtor.com.

I believe that this is yet another alarm for complacent real estate agents. The ability to evolve is now more critical than ever. A commitment to understanding technology and leveraging it paramount.

I smell a lawsuit... In one of the most complex times to buy or sell real estate, someone, a business mind you, is actually promoting that one go it alone. Say hello to scam artists.
