The mannequins are a bit freaky. An even more over-the-top staging stunt I’ve heard of is hiring real people to pretend to live in the house during showings.
Did that talking house really say, “man oh man”? Best to ad a script writer to the marketing expenses. As if a talking house wasn’t goofy enough……..
What about this marketing strategy? We all know essay contests do not work. What about a game of skill? My home is # 4 on the contest, http://www.perfectplacecontest.com.
