Hockley's logic only works for those areas that are within a very short drive from the state line. Yet the benifit helps the entire state.

You may not like it but the fact is there are costs associated when larger numbers of people occupy real estate. There are increases in the cost to provide basic infrastructure, let alone the all encompassing type of municipal benefits being described by Hillary clinton, and the "darling of the media," Obama.
If we don't attempt to contain the illegal immigrant flood we will watch our real property values plummet, whereever there are large concentrations of illegals..

uh oh there sparky; and to think i could have made it through the day without visiting here.

each state in turn tries this legislation.

the results are disasterous, home land security becomes baby sitters for whoever does not want to prove an identity. let's say i'm not illegal and tell home land security i am. let's say i make up a name.

maybe i want to go back to mexico for a while. maybe i want to hide past offenses. it becomes a big game.

identification, no matter what, is good for America. knowing where every one is, or having proof of who every one is, is good for America.

it's good for insurance companies, our medical system, and government subsidy programs. it's best to know who every one is. it keeps down fraud to our over all way of life.
