I am very cautious about signing up for various services, but also realize that even savy bloggers/web-users can encounter trouble. I put myself on notice once again to be cautious.

Best of luck to Vlad. His efforts to save others from the same fate of a trouble-bound association are commendable. It is incomprehensible that an opinion can be construed as libelous.

Thank you. I never had C&D notice in my life. So it did send chills down my spine.

We have considered very carefully how to go about the situation and I am more than confident that the truth and the law will prevail.
