This is juicy stuff – there’s enough legal drama here to write a movie script. I don’t have an ax to grind with JLS (my former Broker) either, but good for Svendsen for taking this thing the whole 9 yards. You’re completely right. We have all wanted to do this at one time or another but 99% of the time we just chicken out.

BTW: If someone wants to buy realestatealert.net it looks like Svendsen has it up for sale.

I love the double-entendre of the pit bull, which to me represents how a suit can keep coming back to bite you in the butt for many years to come. Coldwell Banker’s policies in that regard have always been stellar, in my experience.
