These scam artist are in every city. Here in Kansas City we have a few. One would get the people out, sell the home to another couple on a lease purchase with a huge down. The house would get foreclosed and the seller would have a foreclosure on their credit, the buyer would get evicted and loose their deposit. These cons are so convincing that they could sell ice to an eskimo.

Why can’t these people use their brains for good instead of evil? It appears many of these people are quite smart. Very sad…I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.
