What would I do? I would make use of SMS in reaching my clients. SMS has been one of the most convenient and cheapest way to reach as many interested patrons as you can in real estates. It is very easy and fast. I stumbled on this website http://www.cellmybouse.org which is very helpful in making it possible to reach customers. However, you have to subscribe of their unique service.
